Country Veg and Cashew Nut Roast Kit 200g

Artisan grains offered me a sample of this nut roast kit. I tested it on my family and we agreed that it is a really good quick meal. Reasonably priced, good ingredients and great flavour make this a real winner. The packaging even includes a paper use-once baking tray, making it perfect for keeping in the cupboard for emergencies or taking round to non-veggie friends.

We suggest serving with a rich tomato sauce – you could even spice up the mixture by adding some of our dried chilli flakes before mixing with water!
